EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
Dr. Brady earned her Bachelors of Arts with honors in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduating with honors from University of Texas–Houston Medical School, she completed her general surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. During her time as chief resident, Dr. Brady was presented with the Five Star Spirit award for that hospital. Dr. Brady went on to obtain an endocrine surgery fellowship at the Philipps Marburg University in Germany. She has co–authored several publications on thyroid and parathyroid disease. She is a clinical professor of Texas A&M medical school and serves as an attending physician for the surgical residency program at Brackenridge Hospital.
Dr. Brady is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Travis County Medical Society, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, and partner of Capital Surgeons Group.
